Help us keep the inn smoke free. Pets: As much as we love pets, we are unable to accommodate them at the inn. Rates: Rates are based on two-guest occupancy per room. Parking: Parking is located in the driveway to the west of the building. If you need additional parking (boat trailer, etc.), please let us know in advance and we will be happy to make arrangements for you. Payment/cancellation policy: At the time the reservation is made, we require advance payment of 50 percent of the total. Balance is due upon arrival. Advance payment is refundable if reservation is cancelled more than 14 days in advance of the reservation date. Holidays and Special Event Dates: At the time the reservation is made, we require advance payment of 50 percent of the total. Balance is due upon arrival. Advance payment is refundable if reservation is cancelled more than 30 days in advance of the reservation date. There is a $25 administration fee for all cancellations. Please note: Changing your reservation or decreasing the length of your original reservation may change the rate and/or availability of rooms.
